PALM: Open Fundus Photograph Dataset with Pathologic Myopia Recognition and Anatomical Structure Annotation

This dataset contains 1200 color fundus images, which are a powerful resource to observe the fundus lesions, and build tools for automated diagnosis and analysis of pathologic myopia. In addition to color fundus images and labels for pathologic myopia category, our pathologic myopia (PALM) dataset also provides manual annotations of the optic disc and two lesion regions (atrophy and detachment), fovea localization, as well as data on the image acquisition procedure and device.
