Functional trait dataset of European groundwater Amphipoda: Niphargidae and Typhlogammaridae

The collection contains Functional trait dataset of European groundwater Amphipoda: Niphargidae and Typhlogammaridae. Additionally, the collection contains R code associated with the Data Descriptor Usage notes, where we provide the code to calculate some of the functional traits, as well as the code for imputation of missing data and their evaluation. The second R script contains the code for data summaries and plots presented in the Data Descriptor. The last available phylogeny is also included in the collection for the purpose of missing data imputation, and the list of Niphargidae MOTUs distributed in the Dinaric region (Western Balkans).
