Dogs as Model for Human Breast Cancer: A Completely Annotated Whole Slide Image Dataset

This is a data set of 21 whole slide images (WSI) of canine breast cancer, completely annotated for mitotic figures by two expert pathologists. The data set covers 13,937 mitotic figures and 36,346 hard negatives. Additionally, we provide the tumor regions within the WSI and a defined region of interest of highest mitotic count.
