This artifact is concerned with Section 5 (Evaluation) of the Paper "Optimizing Data Movement for GPU-Based

In-Situ Workflow Using GPUDirect RDMA" by Bo Zhang, Philip E Davis, Nicolas Morales, Zhao Zhang, Keita Teranishi, and Manish Parashar.


The artifact consists of:

1. A PDF document that provides step-by-step instructions to install the required software dependencies and reproduce the experiment results.

2. Example scripts and test directory structure used on Perlmutter supercomputer@NERSC

3. Example scripts and test directory structure used on Lonestar6 supercomputer@TACC

4. Python scripts to extract the log and draw plots.


This artifact is provided as a single .zip archive. Links to the software is provided in the PDF document. Scripts and test directory structure might requires slight modifications depending on the targeted running machine.
