LCFM was performed on cells labeled with H2B-GFP (green fluorescence), and each cell’s DNA content was later measured using Hoechst 33342 staining (blue fluorescence), as described within. All images were then concatenated and the ProcessDNA algorithm was employed to quantify DNA content.
