Additional file 5. BRCA1 represses transcription of PDGFRβ and EMT-associated genes. SUM149 cells were transfected with pBabe-empty (Empty), pBabe-HA-BRCA1 (BRCA1-a), or pBabe-Myc-BRCA1 (BRCA1-b). Expression of genes indicated in the cells were determined by western blot (A) and qRT-PCR (B) 48 h after transfection.
