(a) DU145 cells were cultured in medium containing full (FS) or low serum (LS) for 48 hrs. Quantitative lipid profiling of free fatty acid (FFA) content was determined using LC-MS/MS. Relative contribution of each FFA species to total FFA pool is displayed. Data represent the mean ÂąSEM of three biologically independent replicates.
