Appendix – Survey Description Script includes a copy of the script read to each class before survey data collection in Fort McMurray. Appendix – Details of Exclusion Criteria contains additional details of the exclusion criteria used for excluding some participants’ data from the analysis, as described in the “Data Exclusion” section in the main text. Appendix – Mental Health Support Programs includes a list of mental health support programs put in place by the Fort McMurray Public and Catholic Schools after the 2016 wildfire. (DOCX 15 kb)
