Additional file 14: Figure S5. siRNA/piRNA mapping against ASFV and ASFLI-element database. siRNA (22 nt) and piRNA (28-29 nt) fractions from Ornithodoros porcinus and Ornithodoros moubata, before and after deduplication, were individually mapped against ASFV whole-genome sequence and the O. moubata or O. porcinus ASFLI-element containing datasets using Bowtie 2 (2.3.0) in Geneious.
