Inference to determine if genes are consistently up or downregulated among the pig and mouse species challenged with LPS compared to saline controls. To compare which differentially expressed genes are shared or unique between pig and mouse, the gene ids were first converted to human gene symbols following gprofiler2 gorth function (see Materials and methods)
