VirSorter 2.0.beta was used with default parameters, including all classifiers and a minimum score cutoff of 0.5. The columns include first the sequence name, the score for each of the 5 classifiers, the maximum score for this sequence, the group yielding this maximum score, the sequence length, the number of hallmark gene(s) for the maximum score group, and the percentage of viral and cellular genes.
