Additional file 2: Table S1. Differentially accessible peaks identified between CC16-/- and WT samples for each cell type. This table is provided as a separate file. Column 1: Cell type in which the test was performed. Column 2: Peak region. Columns 3-5: Log2(fold-change), raw p-value, and FDR-adjusted p-value, respectively. Columns 6-11: Log2-transformed counts per million (CPM) for each sample, computed using the normalized library sizes. The CPM values for WT samples are shown in columns 6-8, and the CPM values for CC16-/- samples are shown in columns 9-11.
