GWAS significant SNPs in 23&Me used to construct GRS for PheWAS and used to conduct two-sample MR follow-up. *rs28780988 used as a proxy for rs28458909 which was identified as an independent GWAs significant SNP in the clumping of the 23andMe GWAS results but was not available in UK biobank.
