For each spot, the predominant protein and all proteins that contained at least half the number of unique peptides as the predominant protein are highlighted in yellow. Proteins that contained less than half the number of unique peptides found in the predominant protein are highlighted in blue. Gluten proteins that contained less than half the number of unique peptides found in the predominant protein are highlighted in green.
