The cultures are stained with Hoechst and EdU and treated with DMSO (control samples), Fulvestrant, or docetaxel and imaged at day 20. Images are 8-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the Hoechst and EdU channel. The lateral pixelsize is ( 1.25 x 1.25 ) micron. Images are in CZI-format.
