Mice bearing a subcutaneous 4T1 tumor were injected intravenously with Cy5.5 labelled siRNA encapsulated in ELP variants (molar ratio 1:20 (siRNA:ELPs)) at a siRNA dose of 250 µg/kg. The in vivo fluorescence images shown were taken at different times after injection using the IVIS in vivo imaging system. The results shown are representative of 3 independent experiments.
