Additional file 1. Results of MALDI-TOF biotyping of potential E. coli O157:H− isolates. The nine first hits for the measured spectra of each of the 16 putative E. coli isolates in the MALDI-Biotyper 3.0 database are shown in tables S1 to S16. The main spectrum of the investigated strain was included in the database as Escherichia coli 431_97_drd.
