The culture is treated with docetaxel. The image is a 16-bit multi-channel image stack containing the RFP, GFP, and EdU channel. The pixelsize is ( 0.7 x 0.7 x 1 ) micron (20x magnification image). The image is in (OME.)TIF-format, where OME.TIF-images contain metadata which can be extracted by e.g. the Bioformats ImageJ plugin.
