The culture is stained with Hoechst and EdU and treated with docetaxel. The images are a 8-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the Hoechst and EdU channel. The pixelsize is ( 1.25 x 1.25 x 34.90 ) micron. The image is in CZI-format and contains a single stack.
