significant_duf.tsv. A tab-delimited data file containing a total of 33 unique DUFs that are significantly correlated with temperature in archaea or bacteria. Respectively, the data headers “domain”, “pfam_id” and “duf_id” indicate the domain of life, the Pfam identifier and the DUF identifier. The table indicates the Spearman correlation coefficient (“spearmah_rho”) and the corrected p-value (adjusted by false discovery rate, “pval_norm”). Only DUFs with a p-value less than or equal to 0.01 are included. (TSV 1 kb)
