Egg count upon RNAi treatment. The numbers of eggs laid ex vivo by female worms from the control group and the Sj-riok-2 dsRNA- or/and Sj-plk-1 dsRNA-treated groups during 3–5 days, 5–7 days, 7–9 days were counted manually. No significant differences were detected among these groups. Data are representative of the mean ± SD of three separate experiments. (TIFF 469 kb)
