Immunofluorescent staining for TREM-2 (a, e, i, m, q, and u), CD14 (b, f, j, n, r, and v), and DAPI (c, g, k, o, s, and w) was performed, and stains were merged to examine colocalization of TREM-2 and CD14 (d, h, l, p, t, and x).
