Table S1. Details of the 33 datasets downloaded from SRA. The “Number of Sequencing Runs” gives the number of individual SRA “run” datasets that appeared to have been derived from the same sequencing run and thus were concatenated. Multiple datasets from the same SRA study that were not combined were given separate designations (“_0”, “_1”, etc.). The “Instrument” column is based on the metadata given in each SRA dataset and may not be accurate. (XLSX 13 kb)
