The effect of salt stress on the vesicle formation and nitrogenase activity by salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive Casuarina isolates. Cultures were grown under nitrogen-deficient conditions with various degrees of salt or osmotic stress. Panel (A) shows vesicle production.
