Comparison of original and repeated 6 month transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) concentrations for each frozen storage condition. Due to the unexpected increase in TGF-β1 concentration at 6 months of frozen storage, the analysis was repeated with new aliquots, new reagents, and a new ELISA kit. The results were compared to the initial analysis presented in the results of the manuscript and were found to be no different. (PDF 182 kb)
