Additional file 1: Table S1. A full list of detailed information about statistics used for behavioral experiments presented in Figs. 2, 3,4. Table S2. The statistics used for analyses of electrophysiological recording and in situ hybridization quantification. Both tables include the number of animals, variables for comparisons, statistics used, normality test results, and notes regarding identified outliers. Table S3. The measures of locomotion and self-grooming behavior of the heterozygous knockout (Dlg2+/-) mice. Kruskal-Wallis tests were used for multiple comparisons including the heterozygous group.
