Figure S11. Effects of Slug and Slug5M overexpression on cultured cell proliferation. HEK293 cells were driven to express wild-type or mutant Slug using a lentiviral system. Cells were counted at the indicated time points after plating. No significant difference in the cell proliferation rate was found between the different cell lines based on one-way ANOVA.
