Additional file 10: Figure S4. Yeast one-hybrid assay of NbERF173 binding to promoters of two PI genes. PPI1-B and PKTI indicate the promoters of the two PI genes, respectively. The left yeast colonies showed that yeasts were grown on SD medium (−Leu-Trp). The right colonies indicated that yeasts were grown on SD medium (−His-Leu-Trp), suggesting of positive binding activities. The combination of pGAD53m/pHIS2 was used as negative controls while the combination of pGAD53m/pHiS53 was used as positive controls.
